Hurghada, Egypt

The spot and kite school are placed in Palma-Resort 14 km north of Hurghada.

The spot is surrounded by several hotels, so you can reach us by beach in few minutes walk if you stay in the following hotels:

• AMC Grand Resort, recently opened in November 2010
• Sunrise Le Jardin
• Festival Riviera

If by some reason you can not book these hotels, you can choose any other hotel in Hurghada and use the taxi and minibuses to get to us. The average price for a taxi ride (one way) from Hurghada center is around 5 US dollars. 

Conditions on the spot:

• Cosy shallow lagoon with turquoise water
• Wind NW side on-shore/on-shore
• Water level - knee, waist or chest depending on tides
• Sandy bottom with seldom shells, so better use your water shoes
• The lagoon is protected by the coral reef with few gaps

Both beginners and riders will appreciate a boat free zone with a sand banks up- and downwind.
